Aiden continues in the family tradition of train fascination!

Aiden is still highly interested in trains. They eat breakfast, take baths, go on walks, and go to bed. Who knew trains could do so many other things!

Thankfully, becuase the trains eat their breakfast all gone, it's a incentive for Aiden to eat his breakfast all gone too.

One particular day he would not sit still and eat, so I told him that James and Henry were being good trains and eating their waffles.

After much discussion he finally decided to sit down and eat three bites before James had three bites. It worked!

Last month we took Aiden to Snoqualmie for the Preschool Train Day. Aiden had fun doing all kinds of train activites, and espeically going for a ride on a REAL choo-choo train.

We also spent a fun weekend at the beach at Port Angeles, hiked to the Dungeness Spit and visited Olympic National Park. Beautiful scenery!

And finally, we took a boat ride with our Dinner Group across Lake Washington and into Lake Union, where we enjoyed a BBQ on the boat and watched float planes land and take off.
