Missing You

I just need to give a shout out to Thomas. It's the end of the quarter. He's been pretty stressed and busy with loads and heaps of work to get done before graduation next week.

Thomas was gone all day yesterday and Aiden was in bed long before he got home. And he was up and out the door before Aiden woke up this morning. Aiden was missing his Daddy today.

We took a few minutes to walk over to campus and go see Thomas while he was presenting a "poster presentataion." After working on a research project this entire year, he analyzed the data, put it onto a poster and participated in a little information fair where students showcase what they've been working on.

When Aiden saw Thomas he ran directly towards him with arms outstretched.

He wrapped his little arms around Thomas neck and wouldn't let go....for minutes. It was the most heartwarming thing. He's missed his Daddy and was so happy to see him.
