Very good. The answer key to this little quiz is at the end of the post. You can check your answers there.
If you passed this quiz with flying colors, then you too would be able to pass the U.S. Citizenship Test, just like Dr. Tom did today.
As you may remember from this post, we ran into a few hiccups regarding his immigration process. Thankfully it was resolved quickly and the process moved forward just as we had hoped.
Dr. Tom is going to attend a ceremony to be "naturalized" on Tuesday, October 28th. We are so excited to attend with him and celebrate him becoming a U.S. citizen. If you want to join us on this special day let me know.

congrats thomas!!
Congratulations! I am embaressed to say I would not pass. :(
CONGRATS!! I would not pass... not at all. I could read and write the sentances, but I got lost after the 3rd question... sad I know. But I am also not trying to get my US citizenship... good ol' Canada it is for me :)
Do you get bonus marks for knowing Independence Day marks the adoption of the Declaration of Independence? I got 100%. I'd love to be at the ceremony but I'll be in France, probably.
Andrew
Congrats Tom,
I took the test in seventh grade when my mom was learning about the United States to become a citizen herself. That was over 30 years ago and there were lots more questions, and they were more difficult. But she is now a citizen. What an awesome accomplishment.
