Long, Unsensored, Uncut Review of Christmas

So Christmas was....incredibly wonderful this year. And the best part was just spending time with family. After two crazy weeks of late nights, epic card games, a-mazing food, a stellar New Year's Celebration and being at home for the biggest newsmaking event of the year when the ward boundaries were split - we were ready to stuff our suitcases until every single one of them was at the weight limit and we were ready to head home.

The best thing and the hardest thing about going home is trying to fit everything in during a short period of time. But here's a quick recap of the good times...

Building snowmen and playing in the snow. What a treat!

Bowling! The kidos almost beat the adults.
The BEST Christmas Pageant EVER. Here's the lovely Mary and Joseph heading into the Manger. The Rude Inn Keeper can be seen in the background.

She's an Angel, what can I say!
And here are our two little sheep, hovering over the babe in the manger.
The First Family of Christmas. I'm seriously an attractive wiseman so I was thinking we should have it be our photo for next year's Christmas card. :)

Aiden and his pirate ship. Ahoy me harties! He was one happy pirate on Christmas morning.

What an amazing Nannie. Always making special one-on-one time for the Grandkids. This year Nannie and Grandpa took all of the kids to a movie. Now why don't we live closer???

Always someone to play games and pay attention to the kiddos. It was SO GREAT to have Jake and Trav home this year, after spending Christmas in Iraq last year.

The Nannie of the Year, reading stories to the kiddos at bedtime.

I love the picture of the kids sitting at the 'bar'.

You have an amazing, fun family. Your mom is an angel and a great example. Of course, I think all of her daughters are just as great :)
