Homecoming Pics

It was a happy ending to a year-long deployment in Iraq and now we have lots to look forward to...Lake Powell, Travis and Meg's wedding, and I'm sure plenty of cabin trips, 4-wheeling adventures, card games around the kitchen table and evenings out on the deck.

Here's some pictures to celebrate the joyous homecoming!

Dad with Meagan and Natalie. My brothers picked such cuties!

I don't think they were excited at all, not one bit. :)

Anxiously waiting for the boys to arrive: Mom, Meagan, Natalie, Kera

Even Aunt DeAnne and girls, Kelsey, Emily and Katie came up for the late-night party. (And a shout out to new cousin Brian too, Kelsey's husband)

Long-Awaited Embrace

The happieset moment ever.

And if you're wondering what's up with the moustaches...At the request of Jake, Travis and Dyreng cousins Brad and Paul, everyone was challenged to grow a moustache in celebration of the return home. Pictured here: Cousins Dave, Brad, Paul, Travis, Jake, Adam, Dad

So great to finally be home!

Okay - I admit I was wondering about the mustaches! That's SO AWESOME they are HOME! YEAH!!! It will be so much fun to see them continue their lives now. I love your family so much! Please tell them all hi for me and that I think of them all often. I can only imagine how Diane was doing that day. I can picture her now - her quiet smile as she looks over her children. It's something I've noticed many times that she does. She sits back for the seen for a moment and smiles & you can see the love and delight she has for each one of her children.

I don't know your brothers and they don't know me but please tell them thank you for a job well done and I am so happy they are home with their families!

I am so happy for you and your family! I'm sure you are looking forward to having a reunion with your brothers. What good timing for them to come home since classes are almost over and summer is here. I hope you have a great trip back to Utah and have fun with your family.
