Out of nowhere today Dr. Tom told me this as he was getting ready to leave for the day...
"Before I met you I probably would have worn black shoes, a blue jacket and a brown belt. But look at me. Today I chose a brown shirt with a brown sweater, a brown belt, brown shoes AND I chose the tan jacket because that would complete the ensemble."
Hey, I'll take that as a compliment! You know how sometimes you feel like everything you say goes in one ear and out the other? This is living proof that some of the things I say are actually considered.
And I'm not bragging or anything, but he did look pretty hot when he walked out the door.
And Dr. Tom... just for the record...I would still love you even if you walked out the door with an "unmatching ensemble."

do you think in a couple more years of marriage, Stephen will actually apply the coordinating clothes skills I try and teach him? was this year a break through? a girl can always hope I guess.
Justin has improved but there are still random days when he escapes before I do the once over and I just shake my head when he comes home at the end of the day! :)
This is so funny because for Jeff and I it's the other way around! Jeff says that any of my fashion knowledge is because of him. Before I met him I didn't really care. Clothes were meant to cover your body and I mostly just wore breeches, riding boots and a riding helmet all day long. I smelled like a horse and had dirt under my fingernails. I guess I'm a little more cleaned up now that I'm living in the city, but hey, spending half the week on Bainbridge again with my horse I'm back in heaven and loving it!
